Respected Sir,
i bought an Mts datacard for internet connection on june 30th. since after 2days i.e on from july 2nd my net connection is not working properly what ever the conditions on the box they have given that it is not working and i have complainted several times but till now means today dec 12th the problem was not solved. when ever i complaint they will call me in return and say they will send there teams members to solve it.
in this 6 months only once the person he came in the month of aug he came and checked it said they will keep antenna. so that the net connection will not disconnect for every 10 to 15 min and your speed will also be increase. but still now no body came and after that also i have complainted many times. they said that you have to change your operating system i said why it is return in that box that it will support they why it is not supporting now means they said we don't know but u have to change then why you people will fool all the buyers like this there is no response they will cut the phone. so please kindly solve this problem for me as soon as possible.
