AIRTEL PREPAID TO POST PAID CONVERSION

Sir,

On telephonic canvasing from one of Airtel agents/dealers, I have agreed to convert my prepaid connection to post paid mobile No 9686614697. One rep came to my office on 08 Nov 12 and collected required application form/ID proof/address proof and a sum of Rs 300. I got an sms

stating verification of my address. One person came and verified my address on 10 nov 12. Since there was no further info I had visited three airtel custome certres in Indiranager and Ulsoor area who had expressed inability to solve my problem. On regular approach to all available complaint procedures i got an sms saying the conversion has started and will be activated within 4 hrs and I should insert the new sim at 1710 hrs on 23 Nov 12. SO FAR NOTHING HAPPENED.I was forced to approach the nodal officer on 26 Nov. Complaint No CPTP021126634027 registered. Neither the nodal officer or appellete authority had solved the problem till date apart from autoreply and asking me all details again and again. My email id is [email protected]
