I have taken a reliance net connect which was delivered to me on november 12th but even before the connection was given was given the company sent a bill of Rs 100 on 8th of december this month and the connection was started on 10th of december. And even after it has started the speed of the device is almost equal to null since the pages keep on loading for 20-30minutes but nothing happens the speed that was said when the device was booked is 3Mbps but its not even in kbs and, so i would like the authorities to consider the issue and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
