Unnecessary balance deduction

Espected sir.

i have activated DOCOMO 2g Internet pack of rs.98 for 1 month to[8089144977]..and much data usage is in balance... but it is deduced a total amount of 45 (30 15) by 2 times from my account... i want to know why it is deducted..?

at the time it deducted 30 rupees i got a message that i have activated a news pack for 30 rs..I DID NOT ACTIVATE ANY OFFER PACKS BY SMS OR INTERNET... YOU CAN CHECK THAT..

But when i collect last 3 deduction information it is shown that 30 rs deducted for data usage... different information from the early SMS... which is true???

I want to know how that total 45 is deduced???

Is there any paid site for user???

How can news packs are automatically activated???
