MBlaze net speed is very worst

I purchased MTS MBlaze Data Card 3.1 Mbps Speed 1 week ago. but the maximum speed I am getting is 90K, its very worst performance. sometimes the speed goes to 2K also. It takes 5 mins to open any simple leight weith webpage. I have give complaints already but no response at all.
