Since approximately one month I am suffering very poor service of broadband. I am registering new complaint every day in MTNL but there is no response. Last Saturday (15-12-12) Line Man came and asking us to give some money but I did not gave. After this he gone and cut the wire. Now our phone is dead also since 5 days. Please please take some steps to solve our problems. We have suffered very much more work loss.
