I have taken tikona net in 2011 vide my Tikona UID- 1103839122 for a annual unlimited plan & in 2012 when its time to renew the same i have approach to company for not willing to continue the same & i have talk to customer care for the same. than i got the reply from them that it will be discontinue only when you will pay the advance bill which is raise for 2012 and within 30 days will be refunded the balance advance amount after adjusting the usage till date.
from than i continuously following it up for refund and the only reply i get from them is "We would like to inform that, your request has been forwarded to the backend department for necessary action. They will contact you soon."
kindly help me to receive my refund.
