I am writing this mail as i am fed up with the service provided by Airltel broadband. I had a frequent disconnection of internet service for which i had raised a complaint on 8th Dec
ref no 25792308.The executive (mobile no 9940927547) couldn't solve the issue and in turn he asked to raise another complaint for which again i raised a complaint on 10th Dec ref no:25844516.There was no action taken even after 6 days of raising this request upon which i asked it to escalate. Still there was no response from Airtel's side. Then on Wednesday an executive from Airtel (9566142482) called and said that there was issue with wire and it is resolved now. But there was no connectivity and it wasnt resolved but the complaint was closed. And whenever i go to airtel show room located at besant nagar Chennai for inquiry there was no proper response (Danny) and now i am very much vexed with the service you are provided. Again today morning i had went to talk about this and no one was able to answer my queries there. Again i called to customer care and raised a complaint for which they promised to resolve it but there is no response.
Can you let me know this how your company treats the customer?
Also will you provide the correct Resolution time?
