On my phone no.0251-2360167 in month of october bill of 53000/- received
while i have paid all bills up to sep and befre this balance was zero
when i asked to bsnl about this type of billing they told this is one year bill of broadband which can't sent by bsnl kalyan due to some reason
what a joke of BSNL Kalyan
