I asked for the charges about the safe custody service to the customer care and then with out my permission the customer care executive proactively deactivated my connection. I have the written communication from customer care executive that they will only put my connection in safe custody after getting my confirmation.
After that I approached customer care 100 times to activate the connection, but they told it can not be activated until and unless I pay some amount to the local customer care service with my residential proof. I am travelling abroad, so I can not make call to them and for me also it is not possible to visit the local customer care. My parents are suppose to use the connection in absence of me in India but they are not able to because of the connection has been blocked.
