This is with reference to my reliance data card number 9371454252. I requested migrate this card from postpaid to prepaid to Reliance world (sinhagad road pune office) by submitting document as well as outstanding amount and also calling customer care, I was asked to pay the bill before due date and I paid on the 5-nov-12 advance rental bill amount as they said. I want to be migrate the card because of service issue. He was told me migration was done, but immediately next month, new bill was generated.
I having proof of advance bill payment and also phone call recording with reliance customer care related same issue.
I registered a compliant with the customer care, but they didn’t gave me proper answer. Now after 2 months, they are asking me pay some amount stating that I have used data card. I again registered a complaint, but instead of addressing my problem, i am getting annoying calls and sms everyday to pay the bills. They are asking me to pay amount for their negligence.
I am really tired of this and I want to end this.
