Low internet speed

My number is 9738968259, i have recharged with Rs 128 unlimited plan, in this plan there is 500 mb 3g then unlimited 2g at the speed upto 128 kB/s but it is giving only 2 - 4 kB/s, but sometime it goes 20 - 25 kB/s and at very rare occasions, the company is not giving 50% of the speedthe said on the site.
