It is most shocking and disturbing to see that an order worth thousands (shopping date early October) hasn't been delivered to date! I am tired of calling and writing to them and they have been unresponsive so far. This is extremely frustrating as I as a shopped have always believed that online shopping is to make our livesand shopping experience easier and not more difficult. Imagine that over a two dozen e-mails and the same number of phone calls, I am still clueless about my order!
