Not received coupon from fashionandyou

Hello Support

i am facing issue with fashionandyou. if you see on fashionandyou website there is option if you invite friend from you account and when your invited friend make online shopping you will get one coupon of 1000 rupees.

I have invite one of my friend from my account, they have made shopping from their account but i did not received any coupon.

i have called fashionandyou customer care regarding this they told me that your friend have register with my mobile number so they cant provide coupon. But if you see on website there are no such type of information mention.
