Net not working properly

I have taken a Broadband connection from MTNL. My plan is TriB COMBO UL DATA-599.

Phone No. is: 28361076

Name: Pradeep

But from the starting of my connection I am getting 150-200 kbps speed. I already make a complaint on 1504 customer care. But still i am facing the similar problem.

I will be grateful to that person, or Team who will solve this problem.
