Airtel Cheated for Broadband: Gave Wrong Information about the Plan and Billed thrice

Hi Team,

I am writing this mail on behalf of Namrata. As I wrote so many mails to them regarding the issue of wrong billing against the plan what they given but all my efforts goes into vain.

ISSUE: Before taking the broadband connection they told us that they have a plan of Rs 499 named as Unlimited "2GB Smart Combo" which we provide to some users only in which you will get the speed of 2mbps till 2GB and thereafter 256kbps. They told us that it is an unlimited plan and you have to pay Rs 499 tax.

Even For assurance I checked with customer care for PLAN details after getting an connection from Airtel Broadband Customer care, And they told me the same its an unlimited plan named as "2GB smart combo" in which you will get 2MBPS till 2 GB and thereafter 256kbps.

Now Airtel Team is sending mail to pay the whole amount otherwise we will put this case to lok adalat. They are trying to harass mentally.

Please tell me what to do. Should i pay that amount and be like moot as others usually do or take a stand to let this opened so that other customers will also know how airtel cheating with their customers.
