I ordered one a day women multivitamin tablets from eBay.in website and received on 1 Jan. I consumed one tablet and found after that the product expiry date was Feb. The product contains 60 tablets and meant to be used fully in 2 months. Now it is so disappointing to receive health products which are verge of expiry.
i registered the complaint with them on 3rd Jan and they finally Communicated me on 9 Jan that, i have used that product so i cannot claim anything. so who is at fault. is it me who ordered or Ebay/seller who didn't even tried to check expiry date while delivering the product and not ready to take their mistakes. I need refund of my money and an appropriate explanation for this negligence.
