With regards to my Photon Plus No 9243572205, I have asked for the plan change in the month of July, but it was not done stating that there was an technical issue, again i got the same bill. When i called customer care again they were very rude to me and disconnected my connection and every time when i call CC they were not responding. But I used to get my bill. I really don't understand if i don't use i mean i connection was disconnected then how can i get bill.
And again this collection people called me and Asked me to pay the bill for the 1st time, i told my concern with that fellow who called me.
But next time onwards i used to get harassment calls and started saying " come out i will see u "(raudism).
TATA PHOTON is not responding to me now.
So thought of registering a complaint in the local police station on harassment calls and Also Consumer court
