2G internet not connecting, going to roaming in mumbai city

I have changed from vodafone to Tata Docomo, my mobile number 9619522894, Tata Docomo is more worse than Vodafone. Every time the internet gets disconnected and i am getting thousands of popup messages and offers every day. Plus the service goes to roaming when i am still in mumbai city. Please dont take tata Docomo services, its a night mare.
