THERE ARE ALREADY SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS WEBSITE. EVERYBODY IS RIGHT. I ASKED THESE PEOPLE 2 SIMPLE QUESTIONS, AND AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND CHARGING MY CARD THEY WERE UNHELPFUL, COMPLETELY USELESS AS FAR AS GOOD CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION IS CONCERNED AND NEVER MANAGED TO ANSWERE MY SIMPLE 2 QUESTIONS. Hi... I placed on order on this watch, even though i had asked you for dimensions (measurements). I would appreciate two things:
a) If you could ship the watch immediately (today itself if possible) and send me the tracking number immediately please. I will be leaving the city within less than 2 weeks, and imagine that it takes way less than a week to send from bombay, being a delhi person myself.
b) Please send me the measurements / dimensions (eg 41 x 50 x 12 mm)

YOU KNOW ANDY... AFTER READING THIS SECOND MAIL FROM YOU I GOOGLED YOUR COMPANY AND READ ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WHICH PEOPLE WROTE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY ON BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREAU AND ONE OTHER WEBSITE.
IN THAT, THEY MENTIONED THE SAME ISSUES I AM FACING.
1) FIRSTLY, I HAVE ASKED YOU TWICE, TWICE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, WHAT THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE WATCH ARE, AND YOU HAVE IGNORED TO REPLY THAT BOTH TIMES... VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
2) IF I ORDER A WATCH FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY, THEY WOULD DISPATCH IT THE NEXT DAY.
MY CONCLUSION IS, IF YOU CAN SEND THE WATCH IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE DO SO, IF NOT THEN PLEASE FORGET ABOUT THE WHOLE THING IS I AM VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT ORDERING FROM A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO ANSWERE A QUESTION STRAIGHT, EVEN THOUGH I'VE ASKED YOU TWICE ABOUT THE MEASUREMENTS.

Again, u never replied and confirmed to all my queries. Have you sent it out yet, because i CATEGORICALLY mentioned to you that i do not want to wait another 8 days for you to send it out. Please do not make me ask you the same thing yet AGAIN.
And also, it is u're responsibility to just call up whoever is required to get dimensions and give it to me... its not that difficult.
This is my final mail to you. If within the next 24 hours you can mail me the dimensions and confirm that it is being shipped, please send the watch... if not, please do not send. I don't want one more mail with anything but what i've asked you for... Simply:
1) The dimensions in mm
2) Confirmation that my watch has been shipped out by tomorrow (latest)
I do not want you to tell me to be rest assured or anything like that, just simply plase answere my queries.

you are obviously either a very rude salesperson or not grasping (understanding) what i am saying to you. I have emailed the guy at that address. He has not replied. Also, why is it so difficult for you to contact 'lucky' and ask him for me?
