They advertise plan that is supposed to be 2mpbs but forget to mention that its actually UPTO 2mbps not ALWAYS 2 mpbs. Actual speed on avg for something they charge at 2mbps rate is only 300kbps.
Once/twice/thrice a week the internet is down. Call up the customer service and there is a voice-mail "there is a problem in your area. It will be attended to shortly. Sorry ..blah ". Shortly means around noon next morn.
Charge your bank a/c fraudulently. When you tell them their service looks like something that's run over with a dumpster - they said you can cancel it any time and get your "money back". Here is your cancellation number _ _ _ .Within 45 working days your money will be refunded. 45 working days == 63 actual days.
You should then read their fine lines... only the deposit amount is refunded after 45 days.
