From the date of purchase i have been facing some or the other problem at a constant rate in my ACER TRAVEL MATE 5720 LAPTOP. almost all the parts have been replaced in the 2yr duration that too not once but twice and still after that the problem persists.
customer service are like bullock cart and deaf person.
i would really like to have a law suit against them
battery replaced within 6 months
speakers replaced two times
motherboard connector replaced once
audio jack awaited to be replaced
bluetooth led replaced
keyboard panel loose
etc
