I already registered 3 complaints about decreasing the internet speed. Actual matter is that i already recharged 128 net pack and aircel people assured that up to 500 Mb they wil provide speed up to 3.2 mbps there after 128 kbps, but i am not getting your 128 kbps speed now instead of that i m receiving 28 kbps, I already complainted 3 times .they are not correcting my problem. So my reques is please take this complaint seriosly and resolve as soon as possible. I believe you will respond to this mail.
