This is to inform you that my Airtel landline (08042167135) and so eventually my Wifi internet connection is not working from yesterday evening. I had registered a complaint today morning (Comp NO: 47228334) The representative in the morning promised me it would be serviced within 17:35 and hence I waited without going out or doing any other work as this is my major priority till 5:35 and when no one ever called me I had again called up when another representative informed me that no technical engineer had addressed the case and that he will re-address it into high priority and again no one called me and hence when I called up at 20:00, a rude representative answered and he again gave me the same answer and again said he will put it in high priority. Remember this number is toll free only to airtel am calling them from my vodafone as my Airtel phone is dead. All the cost i took and all the pain of not going anywhere on a sunday, my official work getting spoilt and this rude representative said he cant take it up and when i asked him to transfer to his manager he cut the call. When again I called yet another time, he said manager is busy. This is the heights. Am a team leader in a very high tech networking company and the reasons they give are crap (literally)
Please get this complaint taken in high priority.
P.S Just remember a customer care representative should be concerned about the customer and his complaints. If we do not pay bill on the concerned date you cut the internet connection and this is what customers get back right. Awesome.
Am not paying a single penny if this is not taken care in next 5 hours
