Excess 3G charges and non-delivery of bill

I had purchased 3G dongle with sim card from Airtel (9717524242) under Rs. 750 plan withe 5GB free limit in January. I have not received any hard copy or soft of bill since then. In the month of May, they have executed a bill of Rs. 4680/- wide bill no:755528827 dated: 06/05. This bill includes charges for 1GB extra data used after limit of 5GB, but I never excess this much of Internet. There is no authentication because I had never received any bill and also we cannot check 3G usage at any point of time. But other service providers are giving this facility. I had already lodged a complaint in against of this excess bill wide complaint no. 4381029 on 24the May. Customer executive told me that he will send thee bill on my billing address. No bill have been reached till yet. Another executive call me and again I told him the same story he promise me that he will send soft copy of bill on my mail id. No bill have been received on my mail also. I am totally frustrated with this Airtel service. Total outstanding bill have been exceed Rs. 6, 752 and it will increase by month, but I already stop using this service from May month onwards. Please look into this matter and resolve this.
