I purchased Airtel 3G data card for RS. 2000 on the first week of June and Company claimed the speed will be more than 3 Mbps. The maximum speed till now I got is 900kbps and most of the time it works under 2G with average speed of 300kbps.
I complained to Airtel Customer Care many time and couple of Airtel technical people visited my place and they collected the data that the average speed is 300kbps in my Residence. They confirmed that there is issue near my Residence and they will rectify it by tilting the Antenna, Even after they modified the antenna Speed has not increased. So i want to return this 3G card and get my money refunded. But Airtel people are not ready to pay me my money back.
