Dear sir,
this is with reference to the airtel broadband service i am availing (649 scheme) & the land line number is 45142801. the focus of my complaint is that i am not getting broadband speed of 512 kb/s, on the contrary i am getting just 256 kb/s. this problem is a reoccurring problem.can you please help me with the above problem as it is hindering my job and surely i am not availing what i am paying for.
