Hello Sir/Madam,
I requested for Airtel broadband and after receiving my request Airtel confirmed me that connection is feasible at my location and I filled the form on 04/05/10 and made payment for installation.
Even after 20 days, nobody from Airtel called me or visited me for connection. I called customer care multiple times & also mail to Airtel about my complaint but there is no response from there side.
Also now they are saying that they cannot give the connection and will re-pay my money. But the point is because of Airtel promise I got my previous connection discontinued & now I have to again pay for that connection & I had a loss of work for about 20 days.
