Airtel service seems to be pathetic... i had clearly mentioned atleast 4 times to the airtel executive - that i need the connection urgently. They said they can give only within 4 working days.
They took the cheque for Rs.500/- and till today they have not given any feedback on the status.
what happens to the money //// what is the status of my complaint///no idea///
The executive does not pickup the call
it is more than 8 days now... no reply... the call centre says someone will call back... no calls... since they have taken the money from the account... they should have the basic decency to atleast inform the status... so that i can proceed with some other company (some good companies like TIKONA or TATA or Reliance)
I will definitely not recommend airtel broadband connection to anyone
