Airtel broad band complaint

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Broadband Internet Connection in BTM II- Stage, Bangalore.

I have paid Rs.550 /- to the executive (500 House Rental Agreement (50)).

He filled some forms and returned back the copy to me, and finally he said it would take 1-2 weeks, working for the installation.

[Applied Date : 17-01]

It is almost 3 months, but still i didnt get any broadband connection from Airtel.

I called the executive so many number of times, but that idiot (Name: Naveen, Mobile:9008306907) is not giving any response nor even

attending my call.

What the hell is happening with airtel?

I want to know whether that stupid is really an airtel executive?

What is the purpose of that bloody acknowledgment form given to me?

Is this the way to treat new customers?

Please give an quick response.
