Internet on my number 08040988162 is not working since 27th September.
I have raised requests which have either been closed without servicing or are still in the open states (beyond your scheduled SLA times).
I am not sure what you are doing to resolve the same from the above date but on my part i am not at all happy with the customer service from airtel that a simple request takes more than 18 days and that too it is still in the unresolved state.
Do let me know by when are you planning to resolve the problem and provide a permanent solution since this problem is recurring from the beginning.
As an update i would like to inform you that the service request that i had raised on 13th October has been again closed without processing. Can i know what is the reason for this?
My internet is still not working and neither do i see the intent on Airtel's part to rectify the problem quickly.
