Change of plan, and behaviour of collection agents

I was on a 899 plan, my monthly bill used to be Rs.992 (incl tax), Airtel have suddenly changed my plan to 999 without my knowledge, on speaking to cust care reps they have access only to 3 months bill, Airtel have sent collection agents from a company call Horizon Collection agency Guttahalli Bangalore, who have spoilt my reputation in my apartment, and tele collections agents have harrased my mother and me over phone both of there are not able to explain the bill to me.
