I am harrassed by airtel customer care like anything. I was in the 1399 monthly rental for broadband and towards end of may i gave a request for plan migration to 899 limited plan with 4 mbps speed. On 1st june i see that the speed is .5 mbps and when I call the customer care they assure me that this would be rectified in 24 hours. I keep chasing for an update and no one calls.
I was told that the plan migration would happen by end of june. So i stopped following up.
Yesterday the speed again became less than .5mbps and i called customer care to log a complaint.
After claling up 4 times they registered a complaint and then finally i was assured i would get a call back by today i.e june 29th.no one called and hence i again called the customer care and they started asking me the histroy and i had to repeat the whole story which I am sure the guy did not udnerstand and then he is telling me by end of july i would be moved to 999 plan and this cannot happen before 26th of july. Should I keep waiting like this till end of time to get into a correct plan??
i am using this connection for last 3 years and not one time did I default on the bill and I pay close to 3 k every month as bill amount... do i deserve this kind of a service...
