Airtel Broadband plan change

Hi,

My name is Mohammed Riyaz and my Airtel broadband number is 080-41511294. I have to start with the way I got this broadband connection from Airtel, it was a pain and had to fight a lot just to get the connection. This time I raised a request on 30/06 to change my broadband plan from 1299 to 1099. I asked them to change it immediately and they started talking about process and rules that it can be done only after the biling cycle is over, I agreed to it as they promised me that it will happen for sure and waited till my billing cycle is over which was on 10/07. I called airtel after that till date and I get the answer that there is some system upgradation happening and the plan might change only on 30/07. I am really frustrated with Airtel as they have not kept the promise and when I speak to the customer care they speak to me as if like " You do anything, nothing will happen ". Could someone look into it and provide a quick resolution or I want to raise a strong official complaint against Airtel.
