I am facing biggest problems with Airtel to change my Bill Plan from an Individual 299 Talk Home Indian plan to a CUG 199 coporate plan. I sent all the documents Airtel is demanding to submit for a Bill plan change, still they are not changing my bill plan. Every time Customer care representatives are dodging me with stupid reasons.
They asked to pay total outstanding dues unbilled amount, I paid it and called the customer care to change my bill plan, now they are saying a another stupid reason "go to any Airtel outlet and fill the forms and submit all the documents along with passport size photo".
What the hell is happening.. is it the same for all Airtel customers?

Also I have attached your recent reply to my earlier mail. According to
your reply in the attached mail the Service Request number you created for
my mail is 18861586, and I see it is in status of Closed now in Airtel
portal, attached is the screenshot of it.
Also I do see another Service Request Number 18893622? with the status as
Open for the same Bill Plan change request.
I am now really confused what is happening, why you are dodging every time
with a silly cause we did not receive all the documents..etc.
Are you really going to change my Bill Plan? If not then please deactivate
my Airtel connection. The only reason I am still using Airtel is because I
have been using this number from past 2 years, and my number is well known
to all my friends and relatives. It is a 10 minute job to me to deactivate
this connection and get Vodafone connection.
Again, please don? t say silly causes (all documents are not there, we can
activate in next bill cycle..etc) to change my Bill Plan. If you can do it
tell me how long it will take, if you can? t do it then deactivate my
connection.
