I am Vikas Shringeri, Jayangar 9th Block, Bangalore. I have taken a new connection of Airtel Broadband LAN on 2nd of July. Customer Executive Murali collected Rs.1000 giving assurance of Activation in 2 days.
Till Today activation is pending. I have called up many times both to customer care and to executive and I got fed up with their assurance.
I am very disappointed with the worst service that your team is offering to the Corporate people like us.
My Form Number is 265047. If you can not set up connection at least arrange for repayment of my money. I have to look for alternate service providers.
I have also register more than 3 complaints but nothing is happened so far.
