Could you please help me to get rid of from false bill payment call.
Issue as follows:
1> I requested to transfer my broadband connection on 19 th Feb with immediate effect as I was getting shifted to new location.
2> On 24 th Feb outgoing call from my phone has been stopped and it was informed to me that new location does not have Airtel service, hence my connection will be disconnected.
3> 1st March my broadband connection disconnected and on the same day I paid the pending bill of February and I shifted to my new address.
4> on April again I received call to pay the bill of March, and they informed me it was the bill the for last few days before connection got disconnected.
5> One person from Airtel collectioin dipt came to my new address and collected the bill amount.
6> On May again I received a call for the payment of April month bill, Its keeps gong till date.
Today again I received a call fro saying 2800/- is pending
