Hi
I got an email from Airtel that my billing plan has been updated from 799 to 899 .
I called back the customer service and they told that we dont call anyone and will provide the update via email, I asked to revert back to me to my old plan but they said that it was not exsist any more and cant be gvien. The customer service was not helpful at all.
I asked to xfer my call to next level, while transfering the call the they disconnected and never called me back.
Not sure what to do now since to call customer care again I have to pay the calling charges.
