I HAVE A AIR TEL BROADBAND CONNECTION WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER 14566993 HAVING TARIFF PLAN 599 Rs. NOW I CAME TO KNOW FROM SOME OF MY FRIENDS THAT THERE IS ONE MORE PLAN OF Rs. 499 HAVING DOUBLE SPEED AND DOUBLE NO OF CALLS SO I CALLED YOUR 121 SERVICES FOR CHANGE IN MY PLAN. SOME OF MY OTHER FRIENDS ALSO DID THE SAME. THERE REQUEST WAS ACCEPTED AND THEIR PLAN WAS CHANGED. BUT MY REQUEST WAS REJECTED REQUEST NO. 30753450 AND FIRST THEY ACCEPTED MY REQUEST AND SAID THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 3 DAYS BUT NOW THEY ARE not agreeing TO IT??? WHY IS IT SO??? WHY IS YOUR COMPANY NOT STABLE ON ITS COMMITMENT??? PLEASE ANSWER?? I WILL NOT HESITATE TO KNOCK THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS.
