Harrasment and Poor Service

From past 6 months the Airtel DSL Broadband service has been harassing me and looting me.

The internet doesn't work atleast 10-15days in a month from the past so many months and they told me that I wont be charged for the days my internet is not working due to their fault. Howsoever, still I'm being charged for the whole month.

Also, my internet package has been changed without any notice. Plus they are now harassing me with calls for payment of the bill. It was promised by Airtel that their Senior Manager would first speak with me regarding the whole issue.

Please guide me what to do.
