EXCESS BILLING

Dear Sir,

I have made a request the airtel broad band help line no, regarding Modem change to wi fi router.

The engineer has changed my modem and taken back with him the old modem and get a copy signed from us for that.

But when i received the bill from airtel they have charged me Rs 1000/- for the lost modem, when i have called them on there help line no they were saying that they have not received the old modem and hence therefore i have to pay for that lost modem there is no other alternative.

For this i have called them many times but at last there is no other alternative lerft for me to file a complaint against them.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LOST MODEM IF THAT IS LOST BY THERE OWN ENGINEER .
