Delay in new connection. Poor or almost no response

I requested for new Airtel Broadband connection at my home. After 2 weeks when I didn't receive any response from Airtel I tried contacting them. In return I got a response from them that port for the apartment complex already exhausted the limit and so they are waiting for some approval for new ports. So, I called up again to understand the status, it was same. Its really a pathetic service from them. I am still waiting for their response. Why can't they check all these technical issues before filling up forms. And worst part is we have to call them up to know the status.
