Low quality of customer service at airtel

Hi,

I got airtel broadband installed at my home on 8th April with a wifi router.(landline no - 08049533278).

But since the very next day the router started giving problems, when trying to connect to the internet i get a message "Your ADSL router is down".

I called the person Venkatesh (Contact No - 9900592651), from whom we got the connection and asked him to come and resolve the issue but since the last 5 days he has no time for us.

i even called the customer care of airtel and filed a complaint (Compliant No - 45063600) and the deadline given to resolve the issue was 11th april, but not even a single guy has turned up at my home for this and when i am calling customer care about this they have no response. Twice my call to customer care was disconnected from their side while talking.

Its now been 5 days since i'm facing this problem and also 5 days since the installation. I am now having serious thoughts about terminating the connection.
