My name is Nankani Ravi Kishore, staying at kamanahalli, Bangalore. I had applied for an internet broadband connection on 11th August. CEF NO TBLR 248146 . Before taking the internet connection the relationship center promised connection in 7 days, the same was confirmed by customer care. I have received the activation call from airtel 2 weeks back, since then, no technician has come to install the connection. Whenever I go and visit the relationship center, the concerned guy calls the technician to which the reply comes, " i will make a visit today". This has happened 5 times with the technician promising to visit and back tracking.
Please have some respect for the time of the customer, i hope you do not expect us to stay at home forever waiting for a connection, better make a fixed deadline and deliver,
it is strange mockery for us to adjust our schedules and take time out only for such poor service, where no one visits.
You charge higher than other providers, and we pay expecting a better service, please inform if you are unable to provide the service, so i may choose another ISP.
Even BSNL provides a quicker connection than you, it is a shame.
