Hi I am using internet/broadband of airtel from last 2 year.
We always face regular connection/internet/ issue which gets frequently disconnected ..
we have given complaint several times to customer care and their technical department
Each time, they repeat the same statement, i understand your problem sir, it will get solved within 24 hours and each time, either complaint is getting resolved or some guy visits us and does something and say that in future it will not happen
within two or three days, the same nature of problem persist.
our last complaint number when i am trying to contact through their VRS, they are saying invalid
the customer care complaints number given by them are

4197126
and many more are there
but these are the latest one
This is crossing the limit of frustration .. the real problem here in india, we cannot sue them at all ..
here the company runs on their own standards
