Not able to Surf - Binatone ADSL Modem down frequently
Hi
When I tried to connect internet I get an error message in the browser "Binatone ADSL modem is down" frequently. (#Billing A/C – 08060243597_kk).
I have checked the modem (Binatone) and in that the Power and Wi-Fi line show red and green lights. However there is no signal in the DSL button in the modem.
I tried many times to reach to the Airtel technical team but they never received the call. It is just 2 months since I got the internet connection. Also the modem is also 2 months old. I am totally frustrated about the service provided my Airtel.
Request you to fix this at the earliest.
