Irresponsibility on tthe part of customer care

To whosoever it may concern

On 13 th of october i regeistered my complaint of disturbance in broadband connection, by the complaint no- 37825594. Inspite of me requesting them to release my internet connection as i had exams the very next day, the airtel support service remained numb. Throughout the day i had called around 6 times and the only excuse they gave was that they would release the connection within four hours. my net conncetion has been blocked without any reason and the airtel customer care is trying to fool me by giving the non payment of dues as a reason which i already did through my credit card. this misbehaviour is bringing the company a very bad name, and its sure to lose its market reputation. the customer care people are very arrogant and insensible. i called them 6 times at around 11:45 pm to know about my connection and the man on the other side recieved the call once and then did not. how can airtel manage to hire such people. we are the ones who are paying and suffering too . i do not expect any instant help from the airtel staff which i think are all quiet dumb for their jobs.
