Hi,

I am from Bangalore and a customer of your Broadband Service. I was staying in another place and a year ago I shifted to my current place. After coming here I am facing problems with my broadband connection on a regular basis. There has been 10/12 instances where in I had to register a complaint regarding my broadband connection in the last 9/10 months.

The problem is that every now and then my DSL goes down or the connection will not be stable, there will be constant connection drop and it has been happening since the last 9/10 months. I am really fed up with this connection of yours. After numerous complaints and numerous visits by your ignorant executives, still the problem persists. There has been instances when my complaint will be closed without solving the problem and without my knowledge. After giving a complaint I have to wait for 10/15 days to get it resolved and after that it will work for 1 week and once again it'll go down.

Kindly look at the complaints that i have given till date.

On 18th of this month I had given another complaint regarding DSL down and on 24th July I came to know that my complaint was closed without my knowledge and without resolving the issue (this being the 2nd instance, earlier it happend in April).

Then I had to give another complaint on 24th. The details can be found above.

Every time I am being told that the underground cable strength is low and will be rectified shortly. But to my utter disappointment it never gets rectified.By calling the customer care i am spending 100 Rs every month.

Who is supposed to answer to the customer complaints?

I don't know if writing this mail will be of any help or I just wasted 10 minutes because I am hopeless now. I am going to switch over to any other service provider if the problem is not rectified shortly.
