Dear Airtel Support,
I have requested to cancel my fixed line broadband connection (080-42122484) on 9th of June even though I was not using the same since 1st of June due to shifting of Airtel landline was not happened to my new address.
I had contacted Airtel customer care many times through emails as well as their customer support numbers. But there was no proper response from Airtel's side hence I have contated Nodal officer as well to cancel my connection and settle the bill. (reference number 506806) However I am still getting the ebills.
I request you to look in to this issue at the earliest and settle my account till my last usage on1st of June.
