Unnecessary charging extra amount in bill for website builde

I initially had a plan of Rs 1299 which included Free website builder and antivirus by airtel i continued the pan for almost a year and, I then changed the plan and asked to deactivate the web site builder and all other services at the change of broadband plan to 999 per month, later this month as i was out from town realised that i am charged rs 500 from last three months and Airtel is not ready to consider their mistake and waive off the money. Complaint number is 12649254 .
